Set-up Charge: $150. 
Art Charge: Additional art time, if required, is billed at $65 per hour.  
Lead Time: Aproximately 45 days.

Packaging: Bulk packed for shipment to 1 location.
Overruns/Underruns: 5% over or under the quantity ordered constitutes a completed order.
