Prices Include: Four color process or 1 stock spot color imprint, with or without bleed, approximately 0.025" magnet, laminated finish. Prices include typesetting up to 6 lines of text or receiving camera ready art to specifications in electronic form. Prices do not include shippping.
Lead Time: Approximately 10 businesses days after receipt of camera ready art to specifications, based on approving the proof the same day it is received.
Copy Changes: $20.00 per color per change, in equal 500-piece increments.
Color Matching: $30 per Pantone color match. Prices include 1 spot color or 4-color process. Additional PMS color matches also require additional color charges.
Art Requirements:Click on the item number above to download the template file. Acceptable file formats are EPS, TIF, or vectorized. Color Mode: CMYK for Full Color and RGB for Spot Color. Resolution: 300 DPI. Extend all bleeds 1/8" over all cut lines. Keep all text 1/8" inside all cut lines. Include all fonts with the file or convert fonts to paths or outline. Include all linked files. Artwork must be to size. E-mail file to custom@fridgedoormail.com. Fax a printout to 1-617-801-8026. Template is available by e-mailing custom@fridgedoormail.com and referencing item number. FTP site is available for large files. PLEASE NOTE: Word processing files, such as MS Word and MS Publisher, JPG, GIF and PDF files are not considered camera ready.
Art Charge: No charge if camera ready art furnished. Typesetting and art changes are billed at $40 per hour.
Scan Charge: $40 per scan, if required.
Proofs: No charge for 1st PDF proof. Proof is sent via e-mail or fax. Matchprints and product proofs are available for additional fees. Call 888-463-3184, option 2, for options and prices.
Packaging: Bulk.
Shipping: Not included in prices. Call 888-463-3184, option 2, for an estimate based on anticipated quantity and delivery ZIP Code.
Overruns/Underruns: Due to the nature of the print process, overruns/underruns plus or minus 5% occur. Exact quantities are not possible. Customers are invoiced for all overruns/underruns.
Payment Terms: Payment in full required before work starts.
Charges for Cancellation or Change: Orders can be cancelled at any point. Customer is responsible for all costs incurred to date with a minimum $40 cancellation charge.
