Lead Time: Proof - approximately 5 businesses days. Production - approximately 10 business days after final proof approval.

Overruns/Underruns: Due to the nature of the print process, overruns / underruns plus or minus 5% occur. Exact quantities are not possible. Customers are invoiced for all overruns/underruns.
Charges for Cancellation or Change: Customer is responsible for all costs incurred to date with a minimum $40 charge if an order is cancelled or changed after proof has been prepared.
