Prices Include: Four color process imprint, with or without bleed, approximately 0.025" magnet, laminated finish.
Lead Time: 25,000-pieces or less - Approximately 10 business days. Over 25,000-pieces - 15 business days. Lead times start the business day after receipt of camera ready art to specifications, and are based on approving the proof the same day it is received.

Prices Based On: Receiving camera ready art in electronic form; Typesetting up to 6 lines of text; Magnets bulk packed for shipment to 1 location; No copy changes; One e-mail proof; Prices do not include shipping.
Copy Changes: $20.00 per color per change, in equal 500-piece increments.
Color Matching: $30 per Pantone color match. Prices include 1 spot color or 4-color process. Additional PMS color matches also require additional color charges.
Art Requirements: Click on the item number above to download the template file. Acceptable file formats are EPS, TIF, or vectorized. Color Mode: CMYK for Full Color and RGB for Spot Color. Resolution: 300 DPI. Extend all bleeds 1/8" over all cut lines. Keep all text 1/8" inside all cut lines. Include all fonts with the file or convert fonts to paths or outline. Include all linked files. Artwork must be to size. E-mail file to custom@fridgedoormail.com. Fax a printout to 1-617-801-8026. FTP site is available for large files. PLEASE NOTE: THE FOLLOWING FORMATS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE: MS Word, MS Publisher, MS PowerPoint, JPG, GIF, CMG, BMP, WMF, PICT, PDF files.
Art Clean Up: We can convert most, but not all art that does not meet these art requirements for a minimum $40 art clean up fee. Send your art to custom@fridgedoormail.com to see if we can help.
Scan Charge: $40 per scan, if required.
Proofs: No charge for 1st PDF proof. Each additional PDF proof is $18. Proof is sent via e-mail or fax. Matchprints and product proofs are available for additional fees. Call 888-463-3184, option 2, for options and prices.
Packaging: Bulk.

Overruns/Underruns: Due to the nature of the print process, overruns/underruns plus or minus 5% occur. Exact quantities are not possible. Customers are invoiced for all overruns/underruns.
Charges for Cancellation or Change: Customer is responsible for all costs incurred to date with a minimum $40 charge if an order is cancelled or changed after proof has been prepared.
