Prices Based On: Receiving camera ready art in electronic form; Magnets bulk packed for shipment to 1 location; No copy changes; One e-mail proof; Prices do not include shipping. 
Set-up Charge: No charge if camera ready art submitted. 
Copy Changes: $20 per change per imprint color involved, in equal increments of 500 pieces.
PMS Color Match: $30 per PMS color match.
Art Requirements: Center square imprint area: 1.5" x 1.5". Acceptable file formats are 300 DPI EPS or TIF.  Color Mode: RGB. Include all fonts with the file or convert fonts to paths or outline. Include all linked files. Artwork must meet magnet dimensions. E-mail file to art@fridgedoor.com. Fax a printout to 1-617-689-0601. Templates and FTP site are available. PLEASE NOTE: Word processing files, such as MS Word and MS Publisher, JPG, GIF and PDF files are not considered camera ready.
Art Charge: No charge if camera ready art furnished. Typesetting and art changes are billed at $40 per hour.
Scan Charge: $40 per scan, if required.
Lead Time: Proof - approximately 5 businesses days after receipt of camera ready art to specifications. Production - approximately 10 business days after final proof approval. 
Proofs: No charge for 1st PDF proof. Proof is sent via e-mail or fax. Matchprints and product proofs are available for additional fees. Call 888-463-3184, option 2, for options and prices.

Packaging: Bulk.
Overruns/Underruns: Due to the nature of the print process, overruns / underruns plus or minus 5% occur. Exact quantities are not possible. Customers are invoiced for all overruns/underruns.
Charges for Cancellation or Change: Customer is responsible for all costs incurred to date with a minimum $40 charge if an order is cancelled or changed after proof has been prepared.
