Prices Include: Printing in full color on both sides of the 14 pt postcard, securing the magnet to postcard with fugitive glue for easy removal, addressing, mailing, and up to 30 minutes of art time. The postcard has round corners. The 2.0” x 3.5” magnet has square corners, The 3.5” x 4.0” magnet has round corners.

-- Prices include validating one mailing list.
-- There is a $60 charge to validate each additional list, or to validate a list a second time.
-- NCOA (National Change of Address) processing is available for $80 per list.
Lead Time: 8 business days after final proof approval.
Copy Changes: $40.00 per change, in equal 250-piece increments. This charge applies to changes to the postcard and changes to the magnet. A change to each, a phone number for example, incurs two $40 copy change charges. Separate mailing lists incur a $60 list processing charge per list after the first list. NCOA charges, if applicaple, also apply to each list. A copy change is a design change within the same order. For example, a realtor has has 5 agents that need 500-pieces each for a 2,500-piece total order. The order is priced at the lower 2,500-piece pricing, with a copy change charge per change. 5 versions equals 4 changes.
PMS Color Match: $50 per Pantone color match. PMS color matches also require additional color charges.
Art Requirements:
-- Acceptable file formats PDF, EPS, AI or high resolution (300 DPI) TIF, JPG or PSD file.
-- Color Mode: CMYK
-- Resolution: 300 DPI
-- Artwork to size
-- Keep all text and images 3/32" inside all cut lines
-- Extend all bleeds 3/32" over all cut lines
-- Include all fonts with the file or convert fonts to paths or outline
-- Include all linked files
Art Templates: Send an e-mail to custom@fridgedoormail.com requesting the template. Templates require a professional graphics program, such as Adobe Illustrator. We can also set up the text and layout for you at no extra charge.
Art Clean Up: We can convert most, but not all art that does not meet these art requirements for a minimum $20 art clean up fee. Send your art to custom@fridgedoormail.com to see if we can help.
Proofs: No charge for up to 3 online proofs. Each additional PDF proof is $18. Matchprints and product proofs are available for additional fees. Call 617-770-7913 for options and prices.
Packaging: Bulk.
