Process back card image. Prices include e-mail proof. All prices
are based on receiving camera ready artwork to specifications in electronic
form.
Set-up Charge: $100.
Art Charge: Additional art time, if required, is billed at $65 per
hour.

for complete art specifications.
Lead Time: E-mail Proof: approximately
5 business days. Production: Overseas - 8 weeks after final proof approval,
Domestic - 4 weeks after final proof
approval.
Shipping:
Not included in prices. Please call 888-463-3184, option 2, for an
estimate based on anticipated quantity and delivery ZIP Code.
Packaging: Bulk packed for shipment to 1 location.
Overruns/Underruns: 5% over or under the quantity ordered constitutes a
completed order.
Errors: We will not be responsible for errors if copy submitted is not
correct, clear, and distinct, or if customer approves proof.
